Q: Do you offer shellac, acrylic, or gel nails?
A: HappiFeet focuses on natural nail care and uses traditional nail polish only.
Q: Tell me about your background/training/certifications?
A: I have worked in health care for over 25 years as an Occupational Therapist. Additionally, I have been trained as a nail technician at Gina's College of Advanced Aesthetics and have been providing manicures/pedicures for over ten years.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: Cash or e-transfer.
Q: For an outdoor appointment, what happens if the weather is bad?
A: If the weather is inclement we will simply relocate to my indoor Scandinavian spa.
Q: Are gift certificates available? How do I get one?

Q: Can I bring a friend, family member, parent, child, or spouse?
A: I can accommodate up to 4 people outdoors or 2 people indoors.
Q: My husband's feet need some TLC. Can you help?
A: Absolutely. I typically recommend the Basic Pedicure for men.
Q: What do you recommend for tired, dry hands and feet?
A: For periodic rehydration of dry skin I recommend an intensive collagen treatment in the form of disposable collagen gloves or collagens socks. They are also great for special pampering in the spa or at home.
Q: What safety precautions do you take?
A: Both my outdoor and indoor locations put your health and safety first. The indoor location uses a professional grade HEPA-filter and face masks are recommended but not required.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: 24-hour advance notice is required for penalty-free cancellation of appointments.
